At 13:17 on the 24th, a yacht of Hong Kong nationality and a yacht of Macao nationality arrived at Nansha Passenger Port. Guangzhou Customs under Nansha Customs and other port joint inspection units conducted joint boarding inspection of inbound yachts. The whole process took 20 minutes.
In order to support the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao yacht "free tour" in the Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Security, the General Administration of Customs, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision and Quarantine jointly approved on June 20 this year, agreeing in principle to the "China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao yacht free tour Implementation Plan".
It is understood that the plan has formed an easy to operate, standardized and clear yacht entry and exit policy system, management mechanism and operational guidelines, and the policies of yachts registered in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative regions have been innovative in entry-exit customs clearance, supervision and inspection, dock setting, mutual recognition of licenses, navigation area planning and other aspects.
On the day of the 24th, Guangzhou Customs provided convenient measures such as booking customs clearance, advance declaration, special post handling, joint entry inspection, on-site supervision, and exemption from guarantee. The official in charge of Guangzhou Customs said that the launch of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao yacht "free tour" in the Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone will enhance the cooperation and common development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao yacht industry, enrich the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao "one journey and multiple stops" tourism quality routes, and further promote the construction of a world-class tourism area in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
